M&D would like for you to shop with confidence. Customer satisfaction is our number one goal. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, return the item within 60 days from the date received for an exchange, store credit, or credit (subject to a 15% restocking fee), depending on the products condition. Anything after 60 days will be handled on a case by case basis.
Freight Charges are typically not refundable.
M&D requires a Returned Goods Authorization Number (RGA#) for any item returned to M&D. To start the returned goods process, email us your information to email@example.com or call us at 1-800-658-9333. RGA#'s are only valid for 30 days. After 30 days, please request a new RGA approval number.
In the event an item arrives in an unacceptable condition as a result of a manufacturer defect, M&D will work diligently to resolve the issue. Follow our Return Procedure to easily handle all returns.
M&D uses UPS, FedEx and USPS and they all perform well, however, in the event a package appears damaged during shipping, please contact us to get the replacement process started.
Items in new condition (including original packaging, paperwork, hardware and instructions) may be returned for exchange. No restocking fee will be charged on exchanges.
M&D extends the manufacturer’s warranty for all products, and we offer a 12 month unlimited mileage warranty for M&D re-manufactured products. (See M&D Remanufactured Warranty Policy below)
